Trevor Rands
Director

Trevor is founder of rrr and brings with him a wealth of experience as a property investor and manager, with nearly 40 years of experience in the commercial property sector. He started in the property sector in the early 1980s as a valuer, then ran a successful commercial real estate agency for 20 years. Throughout this period, Trevor maintained an excellent reputation in a very competitive market place. Trevor now focuses on direct property investment and manages a large portfolio of commercial properties, both for himself and others. 

Trevor believes that personal contact is vital and has maintained close relationships with key clients, customers and the wider business community.

William Hickey

William started his professional career in working in Valuation and Advisory for a large global organisation, developing clients across a broad set of property types and locations. In this role he learned a number of skills and was often tasked with thinking laterally when establishing new relationships.  Through this time he gained valuable experience in building and maintaining relationships through professionalism and quality of work, advising both institutional and private investors on a range of property types. 

After a successful time with this business William moved to Parnell in 2014 to work with Trevor and continue developing his knowledge and skills.

HARRY LOWE

Harry’s passion for property led him to gain a Bachelor of Property straight out of school to then land a role at James group as a commercial property manager. Since then Harry established himself at Turners and Growers as the commercial property manager of the NZ produce division. Noticing Harry’s expertise, rrr has invited Harry to join the team as their H&S officer and property manager over the entire portfolio.
